Scope of Work
Winter Maintenance takes meticulous planning through the summer months. We have to be ready for mild and severe winters. We stock pile thousands of tonnes of salt, as well as review, repair and replace plant and equipment. Our Contract Manager and Field Teams have regular update conference calls as we prepare for any eventuality.
With over £100k invested in IT systems, vehicle tracking and tele-metrics, we provide our clients with up-to-the minute data on service delivery. Weather forecast evaluation, client notification of sites to be attended, field team and contract manager training are all part of ISO 9001, 18001, 14001 accredited system.
